Colombia). Any calls made to this local number are redirected to
your own phone number in the USA.

How does it

STEP 2: A local DID is selected from the list of available
cities
offered in the plan.
• STEP 3: Provide the U.S. telephone number
where you wish to receive all of your DirectFone calls.
• STEP 4:
Account is provisioned and setup within 24 Hours.
• STEP 5:
Customer may call Customer Service to change their Ring-To number
(takes effect immediately).
How do I
use it?Tell all of your family, friends and business
associates back home, about your new local number. Simply give them
the number, and have them call you. It is that simple.
What is “unlimited* calls” in DirectFone
Plans?
The DirectFone UNLIMITED* CALLS Plans, is for
typical domestic residential voice usage only (2,000 minutes per
month). If usage for this plan is not consistent with typical
Residential Customer usage, at the company's sole discretion, the
company may offer customer an alternative plan or suspend, restrict,
or cancel customer's service without prior notice.
What can I check via CrossFone’s

Update the numbers from where you will be using this service. The
system recognizes the number you are calling from and you do not
have to dial any PIN
Is Sales Tax
included in the Price Plan?Yes, Sales Tax of 7% is
charged in addition to the Monthly Recurring price for DirectFone
products, to all customers that signed up after March 1st, 2007.
